super tuesday it may be in the usa, but for me and millions of others across europe and maybe the world today is pancake day! i did check out the shelves at the supermarket today but decided to make the healthy choice (with regard to my sugar issues) and got some eggplant parmigian for dinner instead. here is the classic recipe for lemon crepes along the lines of the ones my mother used to make.
i voted this morning, and then our students had a mock election during the day at school. they chose obama by almost double the votes clinton got, and mccain with a small lead over romney. i guess we now know what their parents are thinking :-)
