have just finished watching the xmas doctor who special and am so sad that the evil miss mercy hartigan, as played by dervla kirwin, was destroyed at the end of the programme. kirwin is stunningly merciless, and i am in love with her :-) i've not seen her in anything before, but she has been the voice of marks and spencer for a while. with regard to the xmas special, she was interviewed here by the telegraph.
